This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful colonial Cambodian style and a charming pool area. The rooms are lovely and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is polite, efficient, and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Too few sunbeds at the swimming pool or they are 'occupied' for hours by absent guests. Smoking is not forbidden in the pool area, as guests scatter tw ashes.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes.

the location in a calm area was great and beautiful and there were a small shopping mall and an old market nearby. i ate in the indoor restaurant nearby.

Some people working there were very rude.

I recently stayed at the charming Victoria Angkor Resort in Siem Reap for a few nights with my family. The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the town and the Angkor ruins. The spacious rooms and beautiful gardens created a captivating atmosphere reminiscent of the colonial era. The staff, especially our guest relations team, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel also had great facilities, including a fantastic pool and a kid's club, which was perfect for our young children. The food was delicious, although slightly more expensive than other places. it was exactly the experience we were looking for.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

victoria angkor resort & spa in siem reap exceeded our expectations in every way. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms well-appointed, and the pool and gardens were stunning. the breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality. overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Wifi connection was weak.

The service and the friendliness of the staff and the offer on the breakfast buffet were positively outstanding. The dignified colonial style is also very pleasant.

The only thing that does not fit the class of the hotel is the shower. From a hotel of this category, one should not only expect a hand shower above the bathtub that can hardly be controlled. If at least the wall mount was such that the water comes from above and not from the side.

The pool was refreshing, and the concierge made everything easy. The food at the French restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. The hotel is centrally located and on a quiet street. The rooms and facilities were great, especially the pool. We had an excellent stay, with everything taken care of.
